Neoregelia ‘Tiger’

$32.00

Bright, natural light is best, place by west or east facing windows. This plant needs bright light to bring out the variegation in the foliage.

When watering your plant, bromeliads have a “cup” in the center of the plant which catches & stores water in nature. They have roots but they are there mainly to anchor these epiphytes onto trees/plants, in this case into soil. Keep the cup about 1/4 of the way full of water, and every other week dump that water and fill it with fresh new water to avoid bacteria growing in that cup. Also water the soil once its almost dry all the way.

In winter or if you keep you plant in low light, keep less water in the cup, allowing the cup to dry out entirely before adding more water is recommended.

Non-toxic to pets, every plant is unique; the one you get may vary from the one in the photo.
